French Linen Overlay Custom Tutorial

Introducing our French Linen Overlay. . .

It's no secret that I'm in love with Restoration Hardware. . . and I'm
even MORE in love with their organic linen fabrics! (see here)

I love the soft, woven texture and relaxed natural wrinkles. . .
simply beau-ti-ful...

Linens are so comforting, casual, and relaxing. . .
which is why we created our
"French Linen Overlay" finish.

I could just see it in a room like this...

Isn't this Restoration Hardware room stunning?

Or how about in this room from Pottery Barn?

Oh. . . the possibilities!

Basically, it's a technique that can go over any painted
surface. . .giving it a soft, textured linen look.

(the pictures just don't do it justice. . .time for a new camera!)

Before the Linen Overlay was applied. . .

. . .and after

Sigh. . .

Take a look at the Graphite Grey with French Linen. . .

Here is a Harvest Wheat, finished in our Linen Overlay. . .

Look how adorable it would look in this Pottery Barn room!

Oh my. . .I'm in LOVE!

And here's another one. . .

There's something so enveloping about subtle colors. . .

By the way. . . would you like to see what these
 pieces looked like before?

and. . .

Now it's your turn!

If you would like to order an instant download of the
French Linen Overlay tutorial,
you can do so in our Etsy shop here.
